Dan's first company, Starmark, Inc., became the first company ever named to Inc. Magazine's List of the 500 Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies for five years in a row. An avid outdoorsman, Dan is a world class, big game fisherman who prides himself on using light tackle to land the ocean's most prized denizens. |

Peggy Nordeen
President
Peggy oversees marketing strategies, planning and data analysis, while also managing the travel and hospitality account services team. Active in regional development, she is on the board of South Florida's Internet Coast, Broward Alliance, Metro Broward Incubator and the Broward Film Commission. Peggy also directs pro bono efforts for Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County, A Child is Missing and Jack & Jill Children's Center. |

Jacqui is a remarkably versatile professional whose dual role allows her to ensure that the agency's clients receive world-class service, while she still maintains company profitability. Jacqui was with Starmark/Chicago from 1986-1994, and rejoined the firm in 2006. Prior to that, she was a partner in GFX International, an Inc. 500 Company with national accounts. Here in Florida, Jacqui, her husband and two children have taken their love for boating from the Great Lakes to the open ocean. |

Katy Gewartowski
Editorial Director, Custom Publishing Group
Katy oversees the editorial development and publishing of Latitudes magazine, Polo Club News, Sandals Style and all other custom media programs produced by the firm's custom publishing group. This Florida Gator has held positions at Silversea Cruises and has collaborated on projects for the World of ResidenSea. If you manage to get the passport and suitcase out of her hands, replace them with a golf club so she can hit the links. |

Janet Santelices
Publications Art Director
Janet has art directed a variety of publications ranging from such glossy newsstand magazines as ShowBoats International to The Miami Herald's Tropic. She's won an Addy and several excellence awards from the Society of Newspaper Design and Sunday Magazine Editors Association. Currently, she oversees all custom designs concepts and artwork for NCL's Latitudes, Orient Lines Polo Club and Sandals Style magazines. This Chicagoan is a Food Network fanatic who loves to entertain friends and family. |

Joanne Zucker
Editor, Custom Publishing Group
Joanne, a superb wordsmith, has plied her trade as a journalist for the Miami Herald, an agency copywriter and a writer for Fortune 500 companies. Her award-winning prose has contributed to such companies as American Express, Citibank, W.R. Grace, Manufacturers Hanover and Fortunoff. While South Florida has been her home for nearly 15 years, this native New Yorker can't live without her NY Times Crossword Puzzle. When she puts down her pen, she enjoys power walking, dining out with her husband and trying to figure out her two teenagers. |

Karen, a native of South Florida, returns to her roots from the cold climes of Toronto, Canada, where she plied her talents for eight years as a production and creative services manager at The Air Miles® Reward Program. Her work in the Custom Publishing group draws heavily on her expertise in direct marketing, Now that she is back home in sunny Florida, she can indulge her love of all water sports, D-I-Y projects and celebrating "firsts" with her three favorite men - her husband and two sons. |
