Director of Sales and Marketing Will be responsible for overseeing and providing leadership for the Sales & Marketing, Catering, & Reservations Departments. Must have 5-10 years experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Director of Restaurants Oversee the operation of the Indigo Restaurant, The Grill Room on Las Olas, Golden Lyon Bar, Prestons Bar, Room Service, and Mini Bar. Must have 3-5 years experience managing multiple hotel Food & Beverage outlets. Bachelor’s degree and experience in a 4-5 star hotel environment preferred.
Banquet Set-Up- Part Time Responsible for the set-up and servicing of banquet rooms. Position is very physical and requires an individual who can lift up to 75 lbs. Must be able to push or pull up to 125 lbs. Must be flexible with schedule including nights and weekends. Prior banquet set-up experience preferred.
Houseperson-Full Time Ensure that standards of cleanliness in assigned areas are achieved and maintained on a consistent basis and to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service.
